Coming to collect your vehicle

What we need

When you hire a van or car from Applegate Van Hire Ltd, we have to make sure the driver has a valid driving licence by completing a few checks
1.Your Driving licence
Applegate requires your driving licence card or the old paper style licence. This will need to be provided on the day of collection or sent to us before. 
2. View your driving licence information 
DVLA implemented a system to share your driving licence information. 
This system allows you to generate a code that shows us your endorsement information (even if you do not have any)
Follow the steps using the button below to share your information.
The code and your licence or the downloaded PDF can be sent to us ready for your collection.

3. Collection day ID
Along with your licence and DVLA endorsement code, we will need to see 2 other forms of identification on the day of collection:

These can include utility bills, bank statements, council tax, insurance , credit card statements, HMRC, mortgage letters but all needed to be dated within 3 months of the hire date.

These IDs can be emailed to us ahead of your collection if you wish to.
4. Collection
The collection of the vehicle will be quicker:
If you bring the DVLA endorsement code print out or if you send it to us beforehand.
Have all your ID ready instead of downloading when at the branch
